About
A journalist by training. A change strategist by trade.
The work I care most about is the kind where adoption, sustainment, and leadership confidence all have to be read from the same page, in the same voice, every week.
I came to change management through journalism. I spent years inside Collins Aerospace as it merged ARINC and Raytheon to form a $30 billion business of 70,000 employees across six continents, leading enterprise communications that carried the workforce through. I earned Prosci ADKAR certification in the middle of it, not as a credential but as a working vocabulary for what the communications team was actually being asked to do.
Since then I have worked both sides of the table: in-house and agency, federal and commercial, sustaining institutions and scaling programs. What has stayed constant is the craft. I write for the people who have to read it, I build cadence that holds under pressure, and I pay attention to the places where message, metric, and moment have to meet on one page.
Based inside the Washington DC Beltway, I'm open to manager and director-level roles,ย remote or hybrid, across federal consulting, enterprise communications, and mission-driven organizations.
